Welcome to NWF With a trading history going back to 1871, NWF Group today comprises four separately managed divisions: Distribution, Feeds, Fuels and Garden Centres, all based at a 48 acre site at Wardle, Cheshire. The group of companies has over 1500 employees in total. NWF was an early member of the Alternative Investment Market on the London Stock Exchange in 1995. The Group has an increasing number of shareholders, currently around 1,650, who are mainly private investors. Institutions hold about 30% of the shares in total, within which the largest shareholder has some 23% of the shares. NWF shares are only traded on the Alternative Investment Market. Over recent years, NWF has posted successively increasing dividends together with a strong share price performance.

NWF Group's strategy is to continue building shareholder value based
on improving the profitability of the four existing
businesses by investment, acquisition and organic growth.
As an AIM company, investments in NWF shares are treated as being investments
in a qualifying unquoted company and therefore carry certain tax advantages
with respect to Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. Investors should,
of course, obtain their own definitive tax advice.
